It was this quote of Thich Nhat Hanh that inspired the following doodle..
"Enlightenment for a wave is when it realises it is water.
When we realise we are not separate-
but a part of the huge ocean of everything
we become enlightened"
I am feeling happy our government has put aside plans to mine our national parks. Short term solutions for our economy... lasting effects on our beautiful land. Well done the people!

I agree that our land and water needs to be protected. We are still waiting to see if the dam will go ahead on the Mokihinui River.
