The Season of Green..

There are tiny cherry tomatoes
in my hanging baskets..

as long as I provide the water
Mother Nature does the rest.

Do I detect a tinge of redness?

Little crunchy lettuces coming on

and the beans are sending out the first tendrils.

I have the smallest vege garden these days but a little effort is greatly rewarded.

  1. Before long, you will be rewarded for your efforts with some tasty veggies, Joan. I love what you have done in small spaces.

  3. Wow! You are so advanced with the little tomatoes so well formed already. Your garden may be small but it looks well loved.

  4. Oh, so rich and ripe with promise! It's wonderful to carve little spaces for delicious food. I wish I could reach through the screen and grab some of that lettuce! It all looks amazing, Joan!

  5. You must have started really early! I planned to get some planting done at Labour weekend, but it didn't happen - too many other things going on. Earlier than that is just too soon here in the south
