There's a pale moon rising
and I have itchy feet
friend Josie and I are
heading off around the world
two more sleeps and we'll be gone!
I've finished reading
Colleen McCullough's
The First Man In Rome
and my head is full of Romans and Barbarians
and bloody battles..
so it is..
on the road to Rome for us!
Catch you in Rome old moon!
I wonder whether I'll get to a computer on my travels.
If not...
catch you on my return blogging friends!
Safe travels!

Exciting! Are you back yet?
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful trip, Joan! If I didn't love ya so much, I'd be jealous! But looking forward to hearing about your travels!
ReplyDeleteMy apologies for not stopping by sooner - we returned from holiday to Life's twists and turns waiting. All's straightened out so enjoying this cruising speed. I've entered a blogfest where one's asked to list three blogs one really enjoys. Your blog is so insightful, so peaceful, so Everything a blog should be, I'm listing yours. Hope that's okay. The fest starts on the 14th.
We're connected through Kittie Howard. Glad to meet you. I enjoy your words and photos. Safe travels to you and many grand adventures!
